Legal assistance prices are charged in accordance with the bar tariff (Regulation of the Slovak Ministry of Justice No. 655/2004 Coll. of 10th November 2004) with respect to the nature of legal assistance asked by the client.

The fee is always appropriate to the client’s requirements and is always mutually agreed before the legal service is provided.

In particular cases, it is possible to agree a fee that depends on the result of the legal matter. For such practice, however, the client must have serious proprietary or social reasons.

The first consultation with the advocate, during which the client only presents the reasons of his call and the subject matter of the legal assistance requested, is provided free of charge.
